1976
In 1976, Cuciflex was founded, a subcontracting company that today sees the second generation preserving the tradition of dedication and passion and integrating it into the constant stream of innovation in the Brianza furniture district.
At Cuciflex, we are experts in turning your ideas into stunningly designed products. For over 40 years, we have been experts in upholstery manufacturing processes, using only high-quality fabrics and materials. We are also able to advise and support you, either starting with a simple concept or acting as an operating partner for your specific project. The 1970s'
In 1976, Cuciflex revolutionized the industry by introducing a large sewing workshop dedicated to the production of upholstered furniture and sofas. Before that time, there were no subcontractor workshops with such a large number of stitchers. This size, has enabled us to handle high volume orders, providing vital support for the development of important and renowned brands in the furniture industry.
The 1980s'
During these years, Cuciflex undertook to acquire machinery and craftsmen who specialized in the process of cutting and stitching fabric. Before then, there were no organized laboratories to perform this important process. Fabric cutting, especially leather cutting, is critical to achieving an excellent sewing result. Having the skills to manage both phases allowed for maintaining quality control of the final product. This way of investing in machinery and a highly qualified staff proved to be a correct and forward-looking choice in the years to come.
The 90s'
With an unwavering commitment to quality excellence, Cuciflex decided to integrate the figure of the upholsterer who played a crucial role in the final assembly of the product, skillfully bringing in the final details to achieve the end result we desired.
From then on, Cuciflex is able to independently manage the entire production process completely.
The 21st Century
With the advent of the second generation, the experience in the furniture industry is strengthened and extended so that the relationships with our customers are solidified. Cuciflex is now ready to take a new step: designers, planners and major brands in the industry can now entrust us with their projects and ideas, even at an early stage, and we will develop it using the best materials for a high-quality product.
